Trip Grade Explanation |
To demonstrate the relative difficulty of our motorcycling holidays we give each of them a grade by riding hours,
terrain, and altitude. Each of our trips is graded by "Advanced", "Intermediate" taking into account factors such as the terrain,
roads, altitude and length of time riding. For each grade we use one of the words which indicate the level of difficulty.
All our trips are for experienced motorcyclists, You should ride motorcycles on a regular basis at home or on vacations.
We think the smaller roads with less traffic and lots of turns are ideal to motorcycle travelling,
but sometimes can be too demanding for beginners or intermediates to handle. Riding conditions,
traffic flow, local driving habits, and road surface quality all vary considerably from country to country and region to region.
Therefore this simple system of grades can only provide a general indication. Although we have tried to make our grading
system as clear as possible, it cannot take into account your personal abilities or experience.
We will be happy to provide information If you have any particular questions about the nature of a particular trip.
